Systematic nursing in 54 missed abortion patients with misoprostol and mifepristone therapy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the systematic nursing in the missed abortion patients with misoprostol and mifepristone therapy. Methods From September to December,2010,114 missed abortion patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group( n = 54 each),and the study group received the systematic nursing on the basis of misoprostol and mifepristone treatment,while the control group received the routine nursing on the basis of misoprostol and mifepristone treatment. Results The complete abortion rate,the days in hospital,and the patient satisfaction in the study group were significantly superior to those in the control group. Conclusions The systematic nursing in the missed abortion patients with misoprostol and mifepristone therapy is effective and safe.
