Abstract

Objective:To study the optimum processing condition of gastrodin.Methods:The optimum extraction process of gastrodin from gastrodia eleta BL.was carried out through orthogonal and multiple comparatible law.The quantities of gastrodin were determined by HPLC.Results:The opimum extracting conditions of gastrodin were as follows:6 times of 600 ml/L alcohol,extracting for three times,1.5 h each time.
