Abstract
By using potassium bisulfate as the catalyst, acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol reacted to form isoamyl acetate. Experimental results showed that it was the efficient, economic and environmental friendly catalyst.Under the best conditions its yield could reach 83.5%.
