Abstract

Objective Through detection the urine cystatin C,α1-MG,NAG and β2-MG to evaluate the function of renal tubular in patients. Methods 222 subjects with kidney disease were selected as case group from January 2010 to December 2010,50 subjects of healthy people for the outpatient were selected as control group. Two groups were examined with urine cystatin C,α1-MG,NAG and β2-MG in the determination of content by ELISA,and results were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The levels of urine cystatin C,α1-MG,NAG and β2-MG in case group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the differences showed statistically significant(P0.001),the area under the curve of urine cystatin C was 0.756,95% confidence interval was 0.628~0.885,more sensitive(P0.001).Conclusion The content of urine cystatin C,α1-MG,NAG and β2-MG had an important clinical significance in the evaluation of renal tubular function in patients, and it could be regarded as an efficiency index of the early diagnosis, effect observation and justice prognosis in renal tubular injury.
