Multi-Slice Spiral CT Diagnosis of Renipelvic Carcinoma and the Evaluation to It

Abstract

Objective To explore multi-spiral CT feature of renipelvic carcinoma and diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT to renipelvic carcinoma.Method Multi-slice spiral CT examination,include CT plain scanning,three-phases contrast enhanced CT scanning and multi-slice spiral CT urography,was performed to 21 patients with renipelvic carcinoma.Results The soft tissue masses in renal pelvis were displayed in the CT plain scanning images of all the patients and did not enhanced obviously after contrast enhanced CT scanning.Irregular filling defects were showed in urography images of renal pelvis.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT examination is a valuable method to the diagnosis of renipelvic carcinoma.
