Abstract

Objective To evaluate rectal irritation of Policresulen Cinchocaine HCl Suppository. Methods The rectal irritation of Policresulen Cinchocaine HCl Suppository was administrated to rabbit, q.d. for 7 d. Pathology histology examine of rectum after stoping remedy 24 hours was made. Results No irritation on rabbites' rectum were noted by naked eyes and pathology histology examine. Conclusion Policresulen Cinchocaine HCl Suppository has no irritation on rabbites' rectum.
