Treatment of ureter stone with ureteroscop pneumatic lithotripst

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical use of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy on the treatment of ureter stones.Methods:146 cases of these conditions were treated with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripor.Results:The stone-free rate was 53.1 % in the proximal ureteral calculi patients, 66.7 % in the middle ureteral calculi and 95.3 % in the distal ureteral calculi patients,respectively.The complication rate was 2.6 %.Conclusions:Ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe method for managing ureteral calculi.
