Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical use of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy on the treatment of ureter stones.Methods:498 cases of these conditions were treated with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripor. Results:The stones-free rate was 75.5% in the proximal ureteral calculi patients,89.4% in the middle ureteral calculi and 97.7% in the distal ureteral calculi patients, respectively. The complication rate was 8.0%.Conclusions:Ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe method for managing ureteral calculi.
