Abstract
L-malic acid imprinted polymer microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization, using AA as functional monomer and using EGDMA as crosslinker. The effects of the composition of polymerization systems on the adsorption property of MTP were studied. The results indicate that the imprinted polymer microspheres prepared with the molar ratio of n(L-malic acid)∶n(AA)∶n(EGDMA)=1∶4∶20 added in the polymerization, exhibite advantageous characteristics of high binding activity and optimal imprinting effect.Scatchard analysis suggest that there are two classes of binding sites in the imprinted polymer microspheres and only one class in the blank polymer microspheres. The imprinted polymer microspheres exhibit an excellent stereoselectivity for L-malic acid and D-malic acid with the separation factor 2.05.
