Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of brain natriuretic peptides(BNP)in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis forecast for patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in different time by determining the blood plasma level of BNP.Methods The blood plasma BNP level was determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)in different stage and the results were analyzed. Results ①The BNP level of AMI group was obviously higher than that of control group.②The BNP level changed negative with the patient's condition.③The obvious high level of BNP prompted a bad prognosis. Conclusions The determination of the level of BNP is very helpful to diagnosis, treatment and prognosis forecast in patients with AMI.
