Abstract
Objective To study the plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after the change level. Methods the changes of BNP between the two groups comparison between AMI patients and healthy people. Results The observation group patients with 24 h within the plasma levels of BNP was significantly increased compared to the same period, with statistically significant difference between groups(P0.05).Conclusion The level of serum BNP in patients with acute myocardial infarction value to make early diagnosis of myocardial infarction with positive value.
