Abstract

Objective Comparison of ondansetron and metoclopramide for the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting during the effect. Methods 120 cases were randomly gynecology in the waist-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA)combined anesthesia in patients with laparoscopic surgery.Divided into A,B,C,D four groups,30 cases of each group.Ondansetron guoup(group A);metoclopramide group(group B);ondansetron, metoclopramide joint group(group C);saline group(group D).All the patients underwent postoperative PCEA,respectively, through the PCA pump will be different antiemetic epidural injection.Observed after 24h in patients with analgesic effects, sedation and the incidence of nausea and vomiting. Results Analgesic effect of the group score, sedation score and morphine dosage was no significant difference(P0.05);four groups of patients the incidence of nausea and circumstances:group A,B,C was significantly lower than the incidence of nausea and group D(P0.05),with group A,B,group C significantly decreased the incidence of nausea(P0.05).Four groups of patients the incidence of vomiting circumstances:group A,B,C the incidence of vomiting was significantly lower than group D(P0.05),with group A,B,group C significantly decreased the incidence of vomiting(P0.05).Conclusion Ondansetron and metoclopramide alone can effectively prevent and treat patients with post-operative nausea and vomiting associated PCEA,the two drugs in combination can be further reduced in patients with postoperative PCEA related to the incidence of nausea and vomiting.
