The analysis of the leading role of Dalian in the rejuvenation process of the northeast traditional industrial base

As a leading city in the Northeast region, Dalian should carry out the strategic deployment of our party and country, starting with the solution of the existing problems and conflicts in depth; set the strategic orientation of establishing the economic rejuvenation belt of the Northeast region; broaden the development room further for the Northeast traditional industrial base; make efforts to introduce more multi-national corporations into the Northeast region; develop the highly coordinated hi-tech industrial groups vigorously, attaching importance to readjusting the all-round economic structure and collecting advanced productive factors home and abroad; carry out the long-term plan of the rejuvenation of the Northeast traditional industrial base; start the overall process of economic coordiantion in the Northeast region.
