Abstract

Since implementation of the revitalizing Old Industrial Base in China,the economic and social development in has significantly speeded up and showed a good momentum of development.The implementation Northeast Regional Development Regulations has a great practical significance to promote the innovation of institutional mechanisms in the during the next period of time,to configurate the overall strategic resources,to coordinate and solve cross-industry,cross-regional major issues,and to accelerate the pace of the overall revitalization of the Northeast.
