The arrival of Northeast-Asia`s economical time bring the new turning to promote the Northeast Old-industrial Base. Put northeast area in the Northeast-Asia economic network,it will be advantageous to obtain the promotion and the development in the open environment for the Northeast Old-industrial Base.We are facing the lack of the natural resource, the shift of the surplus labor force to promote the northeast old-industrial base, the few achievements of the industrial structure, and so on. The reason of relative seal economical development is the main reason to create the slow development of the Northeast Old-industrial Base.Analyzing the geography superiority of the northeast area,this article thought ,along with the recovering of Northeast-Asia economic cycle,the cooperation among Northeast area and the Northeast-Asia various countries will growth stably, which will provide the northeast old-industrial base the rare opportunity to promote.
