Curative effect and life quality analysis of desonide cream combined with urea cream in the treatment of hand eczema

Objective To study the analysis of desonide cream combined with urea ointment for patients with hand eczema treatment,and to explore the quality of life of patients.Methods Collected 100 patients with hand eczema in our hospital during October 2010 to October 2011 and randomly divided into two groups,the observe group and reference group,each group had 50 cases.Patients in the reference group were treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with 10% urea cream while patients in the observe group using desonide cream combined with 10% urea cream.Both groups of patients were 2 /d,and took medicate for 2 weeks.After two weeks,compared the clinical therapeutic effects,and did some corresponding questionnaire survey on their quality of life.Results About 92.16% of patients were cured in the observe group,much better than the reference group which 64% efficiency,the difference between two groups was statistically significant,P 0.05.The observe group got an improvement in their quality of life,also significantly better than the reference group.Results between two groups was statistically significant,P0.05.Conclusion For the treatment of hand eczema patients,using desonide cream combined with urea cream therapeutic worthy widely used in clinical application,which can get better result and effectively improve their quality of life.
