Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of bilirubin, uric acid and serum liqids for coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The bilirubin, uric acid and serum liqids level in 126 CHD patients and 106 healthy controls were detected by Olympus AU1000 fully automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Compared with the controls, the patients had significant higer level in triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) and uric acid(UA),but lower level in high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),total bilirubin(TBIL) and indirect bilirubin(IBIL).However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in total cholesterol(TC) and direct bilirubin(DBIL).Conclusion Combined dection of bilirubin, uric acid and serum liqids has some value in diagnosis of CHD and observation of patients′condition.
