The observation of effect of adefovir dipivoxil treated with chronic hepatitis B

Objictive To observed the effect of adefovir dipivoxil treated with chronic hepatitis B (chronic hepatitis B).Methods 100 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group 50 cases,50 cases of the control group.On the basis of treating by diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection,decreasing related enzymes and liver protection therapy,the control group was added kushenin 0.2g,three times per day,oral,while treatment group oral adefovir dipivoxil 10mg,one time a day,treatment for 24 weeks.Observed the changes of ALT,HBV-DNA,HBeAg in the two groups after treatment.Results End of treatment,two patients showed significant improvement of clinical symptoms,HBV-DNA efficiency,84.0% and HBV-DNA negative conversion rate of 66.0% in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group of 40.0% and 16.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of inhibiting HBV-DNA about adefovir dipivoxil treated with chronic hepatitis B obviously,it is worth to promote the application of clinical.
