Adefovir dipivoxil treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with adefovir dipivoxil the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Methods 54 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into treatment group and control group and control group for general liver protection Liver treatment,the treatment group was treated with adefovir dipivoxil for 2 years plus Liver treatment.Results The treatment group of HBV-DNA and HBeAg seroconversion rates were 71.43% and 42.86%,while the control group was 15.38% and 15.33%,the difference was significant (P0.05),all cases were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil is an effective anti-HBV drugs can effectively control viral replication,improve liver function,long-term drug safety and well-tolerated.
