Abstract

Objective: To compare the center vein double lumen in conventional dilution heparin and pure heparin tube sealing effect in tumor patients with hemodialysis. Methods:60 routine venipuncture hemodialysis center of tumor patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group used the pure heparin sealing tube method(n = 30), the control group used conventional heparin sealing tube method(heparin sodium injection 2 ml with physiological saline to 20 ml, n = 30), 1 months after catheter, observe two groups of tube sealing effect, and compared the two groups of patients after sealing tube 2 h function of blood coagulation index changes. Results: Compared with control group, the observation group of insufficient blood flow rate, rate of catheter jam decreased; Two sets of sealing tube after 2 h, there was no significant difference with blood coagulation function index.Conclusion: Pure heparin central venous double lumen tube sealing tube method can prolong the service life of the dialysis, and does not increase risk of bleeding..
