Abstract
Objective To explore the optimal dose of heparin tube-sealing solution in venous indwelling needle in the elderly patients with bone fracture. Methods Totally 150 cases of senile patient with bone fracture used superficial venous indwelling needles were randomly divided into 3 groups. Each group contained 50 cases. In observed group 10 mL diluted heparin tube-sealing solution (containing heparin sodium 50 U/mL) was used to seal the tube;in control 1 group,5 mL diluted heparin tube-sealing solution (containing heparin sodium 50 U/mL) was used; in control 2 group,3 mL diluted heparin tube-sealing solution (contained heparin sodium 50 U/mL) was used. The transfusion patency and indwelling time of venous indwelling needle were compared in these groups. Results The transfusion patency and indwelling time of venous indwelling needle in observed group was prior to those in control groups.There was statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion The 10 mL diluted heparin tube-sealing solution (containing heparin sodium 50 U/mL) is suitable for the elderly patients with bone fracture without contraindication of heparin.
