Clinical application of long-term use of dacron ring double lumen catheter with urokinase heparin mixture in hemodialysis

Abstract

Objective To analyze and evaluate the long-term clinical effect of polyester ring double-lumen catheter with urokinase heparin mixture used in hemodialysis.Methods 50 cases of hemodialysis patients from March 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.The control group was given heparin,and the observation group was treated with urokinase-heparin mixture,the clinical effect of continuous application for six months of the two groups was observed.Results The indwelling catheter time of observation group was significantly longer than that of control group(P0.05),and its blood flow and urea clearance rate was significantly higher(P0.05),the plugging was significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The urokinase heparin mixture hemodialysis and long-term sealed tube of polyester ring double lumen catheter can significantly improve catheter function,enhance the effects of dialysis,and it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
