Study on Enforcing the Construction of Fire Safety Responsibility System in Xinjiang

Fire safety responsibility system involves a high unity of its subject and its content; it also involves the effective function of its professional responsibility and reward and punishment mechanism. According to Chairman Xi's direction about the implement the safety production responsibility system and the instruction of government leading,departments coordinated,industry self- disciplined,fire controlling,unit supervises,and the mass participates,combining the reality of Xinjiang Autonomous Region,this paper puts forward some suggestions to establish a new fire safety responsibility system which unites responsibility,evaluation,and accountability.
