Abstract
It discusses basic problems related with supervising responsibility of constructing safety production.From civil responsibility,criminal responsibility and administrative responsibility,it analyzes the content of supervising responsibility of constructing safety production,brings forward relative conclusion,which can be reference for limiting the supervising responsibility of constructing safety production.
