The Integration of Work Safety Responsibility System and Its Ethical Construction

The connotation of work safety responsibility crisis and the definition of work safety responsibility are analyzed,and the four elements of work safety responsibility system are presented,namely,moral responsibility,politic responsibility,legal responsibility and administrative responsibility.The moral responsibility,as the basic element of this system,is emphasized.According to the analysis of China's present work safety responsibility system,an ethical framework for the construction of work safety responsibility system is proposed,which includes strengthening consciousness of work safety responsibility,using the principles of human rights to make a ethical construction of work safety responsibility system,using special work safety responsibility ethical codes and rules to construct responsibility regulation system,intensifying the ethical cultivation of main body and the construction of supervision system so as to urge them to consciously carry out their own safety responsibility.
