Therapeutic Efficacy of Omeprazole Triple in Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Objective:To investigate omeprazole,clarithromycin,amoxicillin,the clinical effect of the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.Methods:Gastroscopy(Hp)-positive chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer patients with 30 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Treatment groups were given 20 mg of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets,2 times a day;1.0 g of amoxicillin three times a day,and clarithromycin 500 mg three times daily course of one week.Control group:enteric-coated tablets 20 mg of omeprazole,amoxicillin 1.0 g,0.4 g metronidazole are two times a day(morning and evening),the course of one week.Results:Eradication rate of the treatment group was 94%,80% for the control group,the eradication rate of the two groups showed no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole,clarithromycin,amoxicillin triple radical Helicobacter pylori has good effects,side effects,cheap characteristics can be used as therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori in one of the options,is worth promoting.
