Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on stable angina.Methods:65 cases with stable angina were divided into two groups randomly.30 cases in control group were treated with conventional therapy of western medicine, and 35 ones in treatment group were treated with Tablet for Heart-blood Tranquil on the basis of conventional therapy of western medicine,4 pieces each time and 3 times a day.One treatment group included 14 days. Results:In treatment group 17 cases were excellent,15 ones effective, and 3 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.43%(95%CI=76.74%-98.18%).In control group 7 cases were excellent,14 ones effective, and 9 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 70.00%(95%CI=53.60%-86.40%).There was significant difference between the two groups(u=2.373 8,P=0.018 1).Conclusion:Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has better effect than single western medicine,0R=0.22(95%CI=0.05-0.90),NNT=5(95%CI=2.48-39.84).But improving ischemic change on electrocardiogram is uncertain.
