Combination of Chinese Traditional Medicine Dai Medicine External Application in the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective]Investigate Dai medicine external application combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of acute gouty arthritis clinical efficacy and safety.[Methods]The acute gouty arthritis 80 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.In conventional low purine diet low in fat,limb braking,alkalinization of the urine basis,the control group was given indomethacin tablets 25mg/ + sodium bicarbonate tablets 0.9g/,3 /d;the treatment group was treated with routine therapy was given based on Dai medicine,traditional Chinese medicine powder made from externally applied to the affected area,1 /d.Comparison of the two groups before treatment,after scoring of clinical symptoms and laboratory biochemical improvement,and adverse reaction.[Results]After 1 weeks of treatment,the two groups of patients with joint pain,swelling and tenderness scores were significantly relieved,ESR,UA and CRP biochemical index decreased significantly(P 0.05),the treatment group improved significantly than that in control group(P 0.05).Treatment group total effective rate was 90,significantly higher than that of control group(P 0.05),and the two groups of patients during the treatment no severe adverse reaction.[Conclusion]Dai medicine external application combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of acute gouty arthritis with obvious curative effect,quick effect,high safety,can significantly relieve clinical symptoms,improvement in the biochemical parameters,worthy of clinical application.
