Abstract
The categorization of administrative litigation is an essential composition of administrative litigation theory. Owing to the short history of the foundation of administrative litigation system, the general style of a highly-unified administrative litigation hasn't come into being. We can draw experience from foreign models, especially that of Germany and Japan, and associate it with the practice of the Chinese administrative litigation. Thus we can set a standard for the scientific classification of administrative litigation and try to categorize administrative litigation, to realize its appealling functions.
