Spinal Anesthesia in Patients with Nursing Intervention

Objective To assess the overall nursing intervention on the spinal anesthesia patients.Methods October 2008-2010 and our hospital in October spinal anesthesia in 90 cases of surgical patients,according to admission date were randomly divided into treatment group and control group were observed in patients before surgery,intraoperative comprehensive nursing intervention,Including health guidance,psychological intervention,postural care,the implementation of routine care control group to observe the situation of patients before surgery.Results The patients puncture anesthesia preparation time is short,the first puncture success rate;perioperative period in patients with emotional stability,a low incidence of anxiety,blood pressure,pulse normal,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the effect of spinal anesthesia anesthesia,significantly reduce the perioperative stress response in patients to promote patient recovery.
