Effect of nursing interventions on operative pains and cardiovascular effects of elderly patient with anesthesia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing interventions on operative pains and cardiovascular effects of elderly patient with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. Methods The control group received conventional preoperative and and postoperative nursing. The intervention group received additional nursing intervention. Postoperative pains of the two groups were observed, blood pressure and heart rate were recorded. Results Compared with the control group,the intervention group had significantly lower pain scores and blood pressure (P 0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention can significantly reduce the operative pains of patients with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, and it is worthy of extenuation cardiovascular effects of elderly patient.
