Abstract
Contract ethics,as a kind of invisible institution,not only has instructive value to economic efficiency,but also serves as the measurement and the goal of value to efficiency.The essence of enterprise's operation is the course of pursuing one's own right constantly,and fulfilling the corresponding obligation at the same time.
