Abstract

According to current conditions of unsound policy-making responsibility system and supervision mechanism in stated owned enterprise at present, focusing on the harm of state, enterprise and staff caused by blind policy-making, the paper expounds the importance and urgency of establishing policy-making responsibility in state-owned enterprise. Then it puts forward the measure and method of putting policy-making responsibility system on the right course.
