Considerations about How the Construction Enterprise to Implement the Collective Contract

This paper probes into that deepening the democratic management is the foundation of implementing the collective contract, and points out that the system should be improved continuously to guarantee the implementation of the agreed terms in the collective contract and to activate enterprise's resources to extend the extension of the implementation of the collective contract.
