Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of 7 Nitro indazole(7 NI) ?N acelycysteine (NAC) ?Magnesium sulfate(MgSO4)and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on apoptosis of nerveral cell in neonatal rats with Hypoxic ischemia brain damage Methods: Seven two rats of 7 day old Wistar rats were divided into six groups:Sham, HIBD+Nomal Saline(NS) (control),HIBD+7 NI,HIBD+NAC,HIBD+MgSO 4 and HIBD+ bFGF (observation) The number of apoptosis of nervervous cell was measured from every rat brain for 24 hours after treated by HE and Tunel dye Results: No apoptosis cell was found in the Sham group The number of cell apoptosis in HIBD+7 NI, HIBD+NAC, HIBD+MgSO 4 and HIBD+bFGF was much fewer than that of HIBD+NS(P0 01) Conclusion: 7 NI ,NAC, Magnesium and bFGF might remarkably affect apoptosis of never cell in neonatal rats with HIBD
