Abstract
The relationship between the country and civil society is an important problem concerning the construction of Chinese civil society.The relatively independent relationship between the country and civil society,particularly the relative independence of civil society is the premise to understand their relationship correctly,and only based on this point can we realize the development and perfection of civil society,and build the coordinate relation between the country and civil society.Legal systems are conditions or media of the coordinate development.
