Clinical Observation of Sanhuang Yishen Capsule to Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Sanhuang Yishen Capsule and Benazepril to early Diabetic Nephropathy.Methed:40 Patients of Treatment group(cured by San Huang Yi Shen Capsule and Benazepril);40 Patients of Control group(cured by Benazepril).Three month is a Course of treatment.To observe the difference of the 2 group after a Course of treatment.Results and Conclusion:Fasting blood-glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,cholesterol,Triglyceride,blood pressure and Microalbuminuria are decreased in both of the 2 groups(P0.01);and Microalbuminuria decreased more in treatment group than in control group(P0.05).
