A Clinical Study of Yishe Capsule in Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect on early typediabetic nephropathy using yishen capsule.Methods:Sixty-three type diabetic patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and yishen capsule treatment group.Results:Urinary β_2-microglobulin excretion and plasma endothelin-l levels in yishen capsule treatment group were significantly docreased after 24 weeks treatment.Conclusion:Yishen capsule is effective in treating early type diabetic nephropathy with deficiency.
