The Basic Point and Thoughts of Legal Education in China

There is a false prosperity of the law education in China,which is a plague for scientific development of law education.To achieve aim that scientific development of legal education,the premise is to clarify the substance of law education and carding a series of key issues such as,Why should we develop the law education,develop it for whom,what kind of law education should we develop,and how develop it.We should establish some basic standards,such as,people-oriented,law-oriented,harmonious society-oriented in reform and development of law education,and adhere to the elite in the law education,complete the task that corrects malpractice of law education development under the guidance of it.
