Problems and Coping Strategies of Professionalized Training of Special Education Teachers

Under the background of teacher professionalization,special education teachers' professionalization is inevitable.Based on the combination of general concept of teacher professionalization and characteristics of special education,this article proposes that the connotation of special education teachers' professionalization include four aspects: teachers should grasp scientific and systematic knowledge,can solve practical problems effectively,have full freedom of making decisions on issues of special education and abide by professional morality.From the perspective of professionalization,this article examines problems existed in objectives,model and curriculum design of current special education teacher training in China,and proposes corresponding strategies including perfecting training objectives,implementing curriculum stratification and differentiation,promoting practicability of curriculum,developing curriculum integration and strengthening ability training of teachers' doing action research.
