Observation on the effect of preoperative visit and nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of preoperative visit and nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery.Methods 120 female patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery were randomly divided into two equal-sized groups(Experimental Group and Control Group).Preoperative visit and nursing intervention were used in patients of Experimental Group,and ordinary preoperative visit was used in patients of Control Group.We compared the two groups in anxiety before and after visit,the heart rate and blood pressure before and during operation,and satisfaction with postoperative nursing care.Results The anxiety scores,heart rate and blood pressure of patients in Experimental Group were significantly lower than those in Control Group(P 0.01).Patients' satisfaction with postoperative nursing care in Experimental group was significantly higher than that in Control Group(P 0.01).Conclusion Preoperative visit and nursing intervention can obviously provide better psychological and physiological condition for patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery.
