Study of the cooperation and nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic surgery

Objective To investigate the surgery cooperation and clinical care and intervention effect in patients with the surgical laparoscopic surgery.Methods 100 cases among gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the Lishui Central Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology from March 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group of 50 patients were treated with conventional surgery and nursing,the observation group of 50 patients were treated with surgery and targeted nursing interventions,nursing effects were observed.Results The comparative analysis of two sets of data showed that,the observation group of postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds,ambulation,anal exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly lower than those in the control group with significant differences(P 0.05);observation group of nursing satisfaction was 92.0% and the control group of patients satisfaction with clinical care was 72.0%,compared with two sets of data,there was significant(P 0.05);observation group was 22.0% in patients with postoperative abdominal distention,and the control group of patients was 58.0%,compared two groups of data,there was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The clinical laparoscopic surgery for patients in the surgery and clinical care interventions has good application effect and improves the patient's clinical nursing satisfaction,reduce postoperative abdominal distention occurs,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
