Abstract
Objective To evaluate the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes. Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes from July 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital were researched. Among them, 100 cases of diabetic nephropathy, 100 cases of non-diabetic nephropathy. Two groups' clinical data(age, duration) and biochemical indicators(FPG, 2hP G, TG, TC, BMI, SBP, DBP, UAER, INS, 2h-INS, HbA 1c)were compared, various factors and UAERM was analyzed of ultiple stepwise regression. Results Systolic blood pressure in the observation group and the control group was(19.21±1.23)kP a and(16.97±1.14)kP a, there were significant differences compared to each other(P 0.0001); Duration, blood glucose, blood pressure, triglyceride, and insulin of observation group was higher than the control group, there was a significant difference(P0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that duration, postprandial glucose, fasting and fasting insulin, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglycerides are risk factors associated with diabetic nephropathy. Conclusion The risk factor for kidney disease is duration of disease, hypertension, hyperinsulinemia, hyperglycemia, diabetes, high cholesterol. The clinical efficacy and the prognosis for Laparoscopic myomectomy. It is worthy of promotion in clinic. The patient should be treated according to the relevant risk factors.
