Abstract

Objective: To study the correlated risk factors about diabetic nephropathy of type 2 diabetes. Methods:、 To investigate diabetes durationfamily hypertention history with questionnaire, determine the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure , heart rate power spectrum, HbA1c, serum nitric oxide(NO), plasma lipids and urinary albumin excretionrate (UAER). The patients were divided into diabetic control group and diabetic nephropathy group. To compare the difference among these factors between the two groups and analyze the relationship of these factors and UAER. Results:、、 The 24-hour mean blood pressurediabetes duration family hypertention history, total cholesterol in diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than diabetic control group. NO and autonomic nerve function were lower than that of diabetic control. Furthermore ,these factors were correlated with UAER. Conclusion: Diabetic nephropathy is the result of multiple factors, such as metabolic disorder, blood pressure elevation, abnormal hemorheology, genetic factor etc, among these blood pressure, diabetes duration and autonomic neuropathy are the main factors to impact on UAER, so the comprehensive prevention actions should be taken to diabetic nephropathy.
