Evaluation and Comparison of Regional Technology Innovation Ability of China

Evaluation of regional technology innovation ability targets analysis and comparison of input,output,subject and environment of innovation between different regions.Through constructing evaluation system of regional technology innovation ability embracing 21 indexes,researches technology innovation ability of 30 provinces of China by utilizing factor analysis,and extracts factor of enterprise innovation,innovation performance and innovation support.Technology innovation ability of eastern region is the first-class,then the middle and northeast,and then the west,there are remarkable differences of technology innovation ability between provinces.It is inevitable to narrow economic gaps between regions and realize equilibrium development of regional economy by enhancing regional technology innovation ability.
