Abstract
based on factor analysis,this paper gives comprehensive evaluation and analysis of innovative ability of 11 regions of Jiangxi province in terms of knowledge creative ability,knowledge flow ability,enterprise technology innovation ability,innovation-based output ability,technological innovation input and innovative environment so as to provide references for the local governments who make technological development plan and establish regional innovation system and adopt reasonable technological innovation strategy.
