Abstract

PE professional health education of university students in Hunan province is still room for penetration.There are some problems existing in mastering health knowledge and developing good habits of hygiene behavior.The cognition about the relation between sports and mental health is not enough.Therefore the implementation of university students sports professional health education,should be strengthened and corresponding measures should be taken to cultivate qualified health education teachers of middle and primary school.
