A study on mental health and sports participation of college students in Hebei province

In order to learn the current situation of college students' mental in Hebei province,explore the methods and ways to promote mental of college students,deepen sports education reform in colleges and universities,carry on comprehensive education for all-round development,practice health comes first teaching principles,research is done on mental and sports participation features of college students in some colleges and universities of Hebei province.in the paper,some research methods have been applied,such as the method of document-data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,the method of logistic analysis.The results show that overall quality level of college students' mental in Hebei province is a little better than the norm of nation college students.The level of college students' mental is closely associated with sports participation.
