Practice effect analysis of sports and health education in common colleges and universities

In order to implement the sports work of first guiding ideology,and improve the effect of physical education and health education practice,grade 2010 undergraduates in University of Science and Technology liaoning of are taken as subjects,the physical and health education reform experiment is carried out. Practice research shows that:the combination of sports and health education accords with college students' psychological law of development,the experimental class students are better than that in comparative classes in the aspects of improving the students' physical quality,the body shape is more aesthetic feeling,the mental health status of the experimental class students is significantly enhanced by comparing with the general population.
