The Exploration of Institutional Mechanisms to Urban and Rural Integrating Development

Urban-rural integration is a new stage in the modernization and development of China's urbanization. The urban- rural dual structure is the major obstacle for the integration of urban and rural development. We must accelerate the construction of new agricultural management system,give farmers more rights of property and promote urban and rural elements exchange equally and boost balanced allocation of public resources. A new model of integrated development of urban and rural can be built from these three aspects.
